Twitter Plugin issue

Can someone help me with instructions for installing the official Twitter plugin? I'm running TW with Node. I can't seem to find the plugin to drag into my instance.

The Twitter plugin is an "official plugin", and this installed in the Node.js folder that TW is downloaded to. You will simply need to edit the wiki's `tiddlywiki.info` file and include it as "tiddlywiki/twitter" in the plugins array.
Non-official plugins will need to be downloaded and placed within each wiki' folder's "plugins" folder, or in a central folder that you then set the "TIDDLYWIKI_PLUGIN_PATH" environment variable to before starting TW.

I did that but I'm not seeing Twitter links unfurl. Am I missing something?

You are NOT. Twitter changed its API. Some parts of the plugin don't work and its not been updated to remove all unworking bits. That adds confusion. Some bits still work fine. You have to stab in the dark on this I think.
