When importing a PDF as a tiddler, Firefox displays the newly created tiddler inline, with my installed PDF plugin.

Is there a way to simply display a download link to the PDF, instead of showing the file inline inside the tiddler?

Thanks for all help.

Hi oldeagle

Apologies for the late reply.

Sadly not. When a file is dragged into a browser window the full path to the file is hidden from the JavaScript in the web page. This is done for security reasons. It makes it impossible to have dragging a file create a link instead of embedding it.

Best wishes
