Strange bug on installing Tiddlyweb plugin - Buttons disappear

OS: Arch Linux

Browsers: Firefox 69.0b7 (64-bit), Chromium 75.0.3770.142 (Official Build) Arch Linux (64-bit)

Tiddlywiki editions: Bug seen in 5.1.19 as well as 5.1.18.  Not seen in 5.1.17

Bug:

Upon installing tiddlyweb plugin to an empty tiddlywiki, the following buttons simply disappear from the corresponding toolbars

 - New tiddler

 - Edit tiddler

 - Delete tiddler

Points to note:

- Button tiddlers are not deleted. Nor have they lost their corresponding tags which make them part of the corresponding toolbars.

- Listing tiddlers tagged "$:/tags/ViewToolbar" correctly shows them to be part of list.

- Settings>Appearance>Toolbars also shows them part of corresponding toolbars

How to reproduce the issue:

Download an empty tiddlywiki. Install Tiddlyweb plugin.

Kindly take a moment to confirm this bug.

For clarification: No I did not use timimi for saving.

Hi Riz

When the TiddlyWeb plugin starts up it interrogates the server to determine whether it has read-only or full read-write access. If it can’t confirm full read-write access then the UI is flipped into read-only mode, where certain UI elements are hidden.

The TiddlyWeb plugin is not currently designed to be used in standalone wikis.
