How do I style indevidual tiddlers?

By default the story list renders each tiddler with it's title, tags, toolbar, and some metadata (author, date, etc.). For my TiddlyWiki this is pretty much what I want except for one tiddler.
My question is how can I tag a tiddler and have it render differently. Perhaps hide the title and other info. Maybe hide the toolbar and show it on hover. etc.
