Are you sure that you haven't just inadvertently zoomed the window (command +/- on a mac)? This setting seems to persist even when you reload the page.

I don't understand what I am supposed to be seeing in the picture. It looks like a normal tiddlywiki to me. Without knowing more my advice is to try deleting any non-shadow tiddlers that have the prefix $:/themes/tiddlywiki/
