Losing $

Not a post about lost cash.
I have some fields with katex in them.
Eg $$maths$$
But when I save and refresh a $ either side holes missing.
Eg $maths$

And so isn't rendering correctly when I insert the field into the tiddler text.

How?
Why?
Can I make it stop?

Hi Ste,

I can replicate this behaviour with an empty.html TW. So this is a bug.

Yea, the proposed fix has some impact on several core templates, that are used to save TW. So I needed to create tests, so we can see, what's going on. I hope I got all the edge cases right. The whole info can be found at github.
