flickering with tiddlers with full screen size in zoomin story view. Is this a bug?

When tiddlers occupy the full height of screen, It seams TW flickers when it opens such tiddlers

The transition time seems the two scroll bars (vertical and horizontal) are appeared in the opening process of tiddler!

It means on tiddler opening TW  shows two scrollbars while it does not know in advanced the size of tiddler!

I expect scrollbars appear if size of tiddler exceeds certain heights and widths

To reproduce the issue, drag and drop the attached tiddler  in tiddlywiki.com set story view to zoomin

and go to fullscreen!

Click on the links P02, P01,P03 and see what happens!
