How to sort by date?

Hello TW-friends,

I started using TW since the days of TW-Classic: my-own-wiki, just simple, whithout any macros or "CCS by myself" which I'm not familiar with. In TW-5.1.23 I now work with a kind of "Zettelkasten", in which I have a number of invoices. Each tiddler for one invoice. I tagged them „invoices" and created a new tiddler with

<<list-links "[tag[invoices]reverse[date]]">>

to sort them by date, latest one at first: i.e. "inv.-1 from 2021-02-15, inv.-2 from 2021-05-03 etc., inv.-1 from 2020-03-31, inv.-2 from 2020-08-15 etc.

It doesn't work. Can anybody help?

Philipp,

I remember the learning curve of coming over from Classic!

To sort by your own date field (which looks to be sort-friendly), recent first: [tag[Meeting]!sort[date]]

To sort by tiddler's date modified, recent first: [tag[Meeting]!sort[modified]]
