Once you create a step by step guide to generate using Tiddlywiki and a CSS framework like Bulma, then it will be easy
to use it with other CSS frameworks. I know Mohammad did some trial with Bootstrap.
I think Bulma, Foundation, UIkit, Tailwind, Picnic, Paper and Bootstrap CSS frameworks all are good choices to produce the static webpage.
A plugin can be developed to let users choose their layout/theme and then Tiddlywiki for content creation and then a button to generate the website from a filtered list of tiddlers.
This way Tiddlywiki for its flexibility and simplicity can beat other static page generators like Jekyl, Hugo, ...
