TW5 plugin - sticky titles fix

Using the escapecss filter plugin (https://burningtreec.github.io/TW5-escapecss), a small utility-plugin called "getqualifiername" (https://burningtreec.github.io/TW5-getqualifiername) and some css macros,

we have a fix now for dropdowns being hidden by sticky titles: https://burningtreec.github.io/TW5-stickytitlesfix

PS: This seems to correspond to the dynaview thread you just helped me on.
Meanwhile I found a tiny solution for titles and header
https://www.w3schools.com/howto/howto_js_navbar_hide_scroll.asp
It has five js lines but i still am not good in implementing js to TW.
