TiddlyDesktop not saving full window settings

Using TiddlyDesktop 0.0.9 on Windows.
TiddlyDesktop saves the current window position, but it does not remember the full window mode (not full screen).
How can I configure TiddlyDesktop to open the wikifile in full window mode?
