Can not change tiddler-type in edit mode

When I install and change language to Swedish I can't change tiddler-type when in edit mode. I downloaded a fresh TW 5.1.14 on Win7 Chrome 54, only installed swedish language plugin, saved and reloaded. Can anyone confirm same problem?
