TiddlyWiki toolmap : Tinka plugin is missing ?

Hi (specially @David Gifford),

When updating a plugin I needed the Tinka plugin (from Andreas Hahn) so I went to TiddlyWiki toolmap to fetch it.

But it seems missing.

IMHO it would be a good idea to add it (if Andreas Hahn is ok).
