SaveAs Plugin

Hi All

Am I right in understanding that SaveAs plugin only works for local
files......that I can´t use it from a local file to save to an online
file ...effectively an upload.

I want to be able to upload just the RSS feed part...not the whole
file as in UploadPlugin.....is that possible?
