I get this as a result selecting 'Plugins' tab on the control panel, the select 'Get more plugins'

Up pops this window.

It may simply be interference from another plugin. It used to work fine with both repositories. I have not installed any plugin this year I am aware of. I'd finished adding any in December 2020. This time I wanted some more theme choices. But after selecting them and closing the library the popup tab remained without the close button on it.

Any ideas?

Your screen shot has several differences from standard plugin library modal window. Presumably you're using a non-standard palette but the top area with the line "Get more plugins" and the bottom area with the Close button are both gone.
Is your TW updated to the latest version?

I used to get this error when I was using Tekan plug in.

arunn,

Disabling the Tekan plugin worked. I had run through the palettes and themes to try and track it down and was just starting on the plugins.

Thank you much for saving me more time. I didn't have anything super special that I needed, I was just going to verify my upgrade to 5.1.23 changed the plugin path. Apparently the offline upgrade.html has not had that change made yet but the sites upgrade process did. I had just fixed it and still no fix.
