[TW5] Is it possible to make button for quick TW5 publish in internet?

Some time ago my host links from google drive stop working. Google disable this variant from GD service.  Now the only way to publish wiki on google is attachment to google groups

may be somebody know how to make button for quickly TW5 publication? For example i press this button in my TW5, get link and send this link to my friends by e-mail, so they can open it as simple internet   page?
