Hello, I have downloaded this yesterday and I am struggling a bit with a few things 
1) where is it stored on our pc, and how can I find the local host link?

2) I wanted to set up the connection with Google Drive but couldn’t get through trying the steps, anyone can help me please?

3) is there anyway to save/store in a Dropbox folder, so I could access from another pc? 

4) can i create tables and hierarchy on content? can i add tags to create connections or only hyperlinked ones?

When you say "downloaded", what exactly did you download? The single file version? It will be wherever your download folder is.

By itself, the single file version is just a very elaborate web page. It can't save itself or your changes. For that, you need one of the 20+ saver solutions. You can save to a dropbox folder using one of the saver solutions. If you're on a PC, and using a chromium based browser (most browsers are), or Firefox, then Timimi is a good choice. You install an extension. You install a local save file. You configure your browser a tiny bit. And then you're good to go.

You can create hierarchies of tags and view them easily using a macro:

(where "Contents" is your root tag. There's a whole slew of TOC macros that can give you different views of your data.

You can roll your own table using the listwidget, but you might find it easier to install the shiraz plugin and use

dynamic tables instead.

That is not exactly true.  You CAN save your changes without using any of the addon "saver solutions".

With no add-on installed, pressing the sidebar "save" button will use the browser's built-in "download" handler to save a *copy* of the currently loaded TiddlyWiki file with any tiddler changes you have made.  This usually results in a new version of the file being automatically created in your Downloads folder.  However, if you set your browser's download handler to "always ask for a location", then when you press the "save" button, you will be prompted with a system dialog that allows you to select a local target destination (folder and filename) for the download.  You can then select the existing file to overwrite it with the latest tiddler changes.  When you reload the page, all your changes will be there.

Of course, if you select your local Dropbox folder location, then Dropbox will automatically sync the saved file with your online Dropbox storage, thus allowing you to access the latest changes from another PC.

Alternatively, you can save directly to Dropbox by using the "TiddlyWiki Cloud" service (formerly known as "TiddlyWiki in the Sky for Dropbox").  See https://tiddlywiki.com/#TiddlyWiki%20Cloud for more info.

G'day,

It might be easier if we first start with understanding what kind of devices and web browsers you use (well, intend to use with TiddlyWiki).  When you have a chance, let us know that info.

In my case, I do everything on my Chromebook (Chrome web browser), so downloading a "empty" TiddlyWiki file to Google Drive and accessing (opening and saving) the TiddlyWiki from Google Drive with help from TiddlyDrive (a Google Drive Add-On): that's the best scenario for me.

Just to get a feel for how TiddlyWiki works (and until you are setup to use your own empty TiddlyWiki),  play around a little with the TiddlyWiki at TiddlyWiki.com  (or any other TiddlyWiki instance out there).  You can't break anything because you're just playing with what your browser loaded up.  Go ahead and edit any tiddlers to see what is going on in them, and create some to try things.

Where exactly did you actually download 'this' from? Your use of the term "app" and other indications makes me thing you're maybe not talking about what the rest of us are talking about.
