MPTW problem...

I've created an addressbook based upon:

* TiddlyWiki v2.3.0
* MPTW
* Lindsay Donaghe's ContactInfoPlugin

One thing I've noticed is that all Tiddlers created with
ContactInfoPlugin's "new * contact" (person or business) menu item in
the sidebar do not get the "New Here" menu item of MPTW.

Can anyone tell me why and how to fix it? Also, it would be nice if
"New Here" called the NewContact instead.

If you mean a URL for my addressbook -- I should've said that it's my
*personal* addressbook. If needed, I can try to empty it (in fact,
maybe I should for upgrade purposes and such...).

Yes, sorry for being so terse. I meant, do you have a URL for a site
that demonstrates the problem.

Usually there's someone on the list who could see the problem in 30
seconds, if they had a real live TiddlyWiki to look at.

My guess is that contact tiddlers somehow override the toolbar with a
custom toolbar that doesn't have the new-here button. If you wanna
spe nd a minute or two to make a site at tiddlyspot and add the
contact info plugin, I can have a look to see if I'm right :)

Daniel, you are correct.
David, you need to modify your ViewContactTemplate so that newHere is
in the toolbar. ViewContactTemplate might be listed as a shadow
tiddler.

Ah, that's the trick! Although I've been programming for 30 years,
I'm not a Javascript programmer, so I had to do a little hacking to
get it to work. Now that I see the possibilities in the View*Template
code, I may change NewHere to be NewContactHere (makes more sense for
an AddressBook).
