Tinka problem

Hi everyone

I am trying to use Tinka to package plugins. But they are not appearing in the list of sidebar add-ons in my Customizer plugin page. I have a feeling it is because they have been converted from system tiddlers to shadow tiddlers by Tinka.

Example: go to https://giffmex.org/experiments/sidebar.concept.part.2.html

$:/.giffmex/PluginsSidebar/Plugin, now a shadow tiddler, has the tag $:/giffmex/sidebarsegments and the caption 'Plugins'. But if you go to the Customizer button (top left), choose the Customize sidebar tab, and look at the list of Sidebar add-ons, Plugins is not listed.

I need the tiddlers so tagged to appear in the list, whether they are regular tiddlers, system, or shadow. What can I do to solve this? I am very close to finishing this project, but this is a new wrinkle I had not prepared for.
