How can i PRINT out all my PROJECTS and TASKS that i have in my GSD5? (Getting Things Done Tool for TW5)

Is there an easy way to accomplish that? Note, i speak of this GSD5 TW5: http://gsd5.tiddlyspot.com/

Because to manually by hand all write them out is like a really time-consuming task to do.

Any ideas?
