Actually Arlen tried to get a StackExchange thing going some time ago... unfortunately it never got enough support. The problem is we are a small group and the rules on SE make it very difficult to get to the point of real traction ...

That being said, almost all questions are at home on StackOverflow. Just us the tiddlywiki5 tag.
