Hi all,

I try to setup the tiddlywiki service on a fixed IP address. But I only have IPV6 address for my server.

Does tiddlywiki support ipv6 now?

I tried the following command, but seems not working.

tiddlywiki name --server 60050 $:/core/save/all text/plain text/html MyUserName passw0rd ::

I tried with a python service and it works.

Isn't the loopback address ::1 ?

I used ::1 and then in the browser used:

http://[::1]:8080

This seemed to work

I imagine someone who knows more about ipv6 will be along to better explain things.

(actually I used port 8090 because I didn't want to collide with existing server, but the same idea).

Thanks for the information. I am using :: to listen to any IPV6 address.

I also tried 0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0, seems not working either.

But what url are you using, and what browser?

As I mentioned, it did work for me with the address I used. This is all new to me. IPv6 seems pretty limited at the moment.
