Keyboard shortcut problem

Hi all

I tried creating a keyboard shortcut tiddler. I followed the instructions. I can't figure out what I did wrong. There are no examples of keyboard shortcut tiddlers on tiddlywiki.com to allow me to compare. Any ideas?
