Live latex preview

I've no idea of this is any use to anyone but in my tinkering to try and produce automatic marked but randomly generated maths problems (mostly on hold due to being far too busy but have a look here www.http://stephenteachertests.tiddlyspot.com/#Intreactive%20text ) I have a tiddler that shows the result of latex code directly below the input box.

Hi Ste,

Very interesting. ... but for me the font-size is way to small. Minimum should be 16px today. Especially with this font!

Hi,

That's neat. But too much work for a lazy person like me. Ideally it would be nice to have something that worked in tandem with the kantorsite mathjax or khan academy katex math plugins. So one could just use the '$' notation for equations and it would display the LaTeX in live preview without having to call any macros and so on.

If its not too much to ask, maybe you could figure out how that can be done?

Just fixed the broken link. Apparently I selected the tiddler about 30mins after posting the link. Most odd.

If you install Mathcell http://mathcell.tiddlyspot.com/ then drag the two tiddlers mentioned in the link atinto the bottom into your Wiki then all you would need to do would be transclude {{Latex Display}} into whatever tiddler you wanted a live preview. It uses the katex plugin.
