FS-Monitor plugin to reload wiki on fs change, works well with VSCode

Hi everyone,

After some struggle, I managed to create a plugin to reload a file that changed in the disk:

I will use it in the TiddlyGit-Desktop, to demonstrate this works very well with the git backup solution.
