How to show "Action Dashboard by Project" by default in mGSD?

How to show "Action Dashboard by Project" by default? The current behavior is when I open Tiddly mGSD, it shows "Next and Waiting Actions by Context".

You need to set it in [[DefaultTiddlers]], which you can find in the tab "More->TW->More->Shad".
