Installing themes on my wiki

Hello forum,

I'm very new to TiddlyWiki. I'm trying to create a personal wiki with Mozilla Firefox and TiddlyFox extension. All is ok, but I don't like default appearence theme. The tiddler is too narrow and left-aligned (I'd like a centered and wider tiddler). Moreover I'd like to use a dark theme.

I tried to import some themes I found on http://themes.tiddlywiki.com/ without success: I imported all the tiddlers, but I couldn't switch to the new theme. Maybe the problem is with TW5 I'm using.

I know I can adjust some appearence settings manually, but I'm not an expert and I'd like to use a ready-to-use theme.

Any suggestions?

The above only applies to TW2. As for TW5 there are not many published themes yet, possibly because functional developments have been more in the focus until this point.

I can definitely feel that need. Perhaps the core "centralized" theme better suits your needs or only needs minor adjustment?

The tiddler is too narrow

Did you try: Controlpanel (i.e the Cog icon) > Theme Tweaks - Sizes - Tiddler Width
 

and left-aligned (I'd like a centered and wider tiddler).

Play around under the Theme Tweaks
 

Moreover I'd like to use a dark theme.

Controlpanel > Appearence > Palette

Ok, I should have read this sentence more carefully before beginning to answer but maybe it helped with something because surely the instructions I gave were not complicated. Besides, the chances of finding a theme that has exactly your desired tiddler width etc... no big chances.
