Any known password issues

Are there known issues with using password to encrypt TiddlyWiki?

I feel a little silly, but for some reason, my password to decrypt is no longer working. 

I use Beaker Browser for editing and saving. It randomly closed the tab that had TiddlyWiki in it. So I had to reopen it, at which point, the password I have been using over the last few months did not work.

The thing is, I am certain the password I'm entering is correct. Its a very simple one and I have it written down and in my password manager.

Any suggestions?

Update: I found a backup (about a month back), and my password works on that. 

Still hoping to figure out what happened though. I put in quite a few hours since that last backup. 

Thinking it might have been an issue with my local computer. I tried opening the file on another computer, with no luck.
