"Mass tagging table" or similar?

About to make a big release to you all.

But I need to ensure things are tagged correctly for findability.

For this I need a "tags table" where each row shows the tiddler title and then the total set of tags that all listed tiddlers use. 

I'm wondering if anyone has made this or something else for easy "mass-but-specific-tagging" 

For example

title: a
tags: 1 2

title b
tags 2

title c
tags 3 4


Table

   1   2   3   4
a  x   x   O   O
b  O   x   O   O
c  O   O   x   x

I imagine the x / O to be buttons or checkboxes or something that doesn't take up much space.

Any help appreciated.
