Hello all,

I have started to use the "Meetings" feature. Great for keeping track of participants and agenda!

I have one problem though. When planing a meeting, it obviously has the status "Upcoming". With this status it doesn't show up in my Dashboard. The "Upcoming Meetings" section is not populated. Only when the meeting is over and the status switches to "Held" it shows up on the list.

The same applies to project associations. If a meeting is associated with a project it doesn't show on the project dashboard as "Upcoming". It only starts to be shown when the status switches to "Held".

How is this supposed to work? Am I using the Meeting feature in a wrong way?

Any hint is appreciated,
Jörg.

Getting more and more into using the Meetings feature.

Additional question: when a meeting status is set to "Held" or "Canceled" the "Due Date" should be deleted, at least in my opinion. What do you think?

Still open is my question about meetings not showing up in Dashboards or Projects when the are "Upcoming".

Hi Jörg,

I'm always hesitant to delete details just because the status was changed. Specifically here, the due-date field of a cancelled or held meeting tells you when it was held, or supposed to be held, so I feel it's useful.

Upcoming meetings are corrected... Will publish tonight or tomorrow. My apologies, and thanks for catching it!

Have stumbled across the same bug... Cardo 1.0.2.

Planning to move from Wunderlist to Cardo, excellent work from David, thank you!

Hi,

I'm getting the same behaviour re upcoming meetings as Jorg.  Such a fab tool but I'm losing my meetings!  ;)  It'm using the latest version downloaded from card.wiki

Many thanks for your attention

Simon

I also cannot see how to view any projects flagged as 'Someday/maybe' ...

I wonder ... did you work out how to do this?  I assume there must be a way of editing the dashboard to show upcoming meetings properly, or a JS function?  Though it's not clear to me which, if either?

Thanks

I can't see the upcoming meetings either and using a verions downloaded in early May.   It's such a fab tool which I'mnow using daily but have to use the 'held' meeting category to track info re 'upcoming' meetings :(   Is there a simple fix I can apply?

Thanks

Hi Simon... Working on some fixes now, including the bugs you mentioned.

Just a quick FYI - In designing it, I felt "Someday" projects weren't important enough to have their own dashboard. However, they do show up in "My Dashboard" if they're assigned to you. I will also add them to "All Items" (they are missing, you're right!)

Thanks,
David.

Thanks - sorry for the delay in replying.  I agree re the Someday projects.  It's the upcoming meetings piece I'm really keen on.  I tried to look at the code and see what needed changing but could not find it :(.
