Cardo: How to add (and filter on) custom tags...

I would like to add custom tags to my tiddlers and filter on them. Is it possible? Is there a plugin/setting which allows access to a free form tag textbox for each tiddler?

e.g. Across all project's I might have tasks related to sales, billing, accounting, dev, manufacturing, legal etc.

I would like to add one or more of these keywords to a single tiddler, for e.g.

A task, may have classification as a 'bug' to be resolved by the 'dev' team. It may be Impacting the (defects/million) guarantee requiring discussion with "manufacturing" and "legal"

Instead of creating 3-4 tasks and delegating them to the dev, legal and manufacturing team and updating each task separately I would prefer to tag the task with "dev legal manufacturing" and depending on which team I am talking to pullup all tasks with a given tag and review them
