I have evaluated TiddlySnip 1.2beta as far as I can. Having no
information as to what all the changes were and a complete vacuum as
far as feedback I have decided the issue with the automatic <nowiki> </
nowiki> insertions personally aggravates me enough to revert back to
the original.

It appears few people are interested in it at least those in the
TiddlyWiki Group or the TiddlySnip Group.

I care enough about TiddlySnip to try to learn enough about it to make
some modifications to it myself if someone would spend a bit of time
to help me get started.

Meanwhile I will continue with my SideSnips project and release it
when I feel it's mature enough to demonstrate what TiddlySnips is
really capable of. Hopefully seeing a few applications will awaken
interest in it.

I await any small voice from the abyss everyone seems to have fallen
into.

Hiya Morris

Saq (who's been doing a lot of TiddlySnip work recently) is on a
well-deserved holiday at the moment, but I'm sure will be sorting
through the beta feedback when he gets back.

Thanks for your support of TiddlySnip, it's definitely one of the cool
things in the tiddlyverse,

Cheers

Jeremy

It surely is Jeremy. Hopefully we can increase the profile of both
TiddlyWiki and TiddlySnip by showing how they can be knitted together
into a useful and indispensable pair.

Morris

I've been using TSnip like crazy since I've had it (I was about to
revert to Firefox 2 when I discovered it didn't seem to work with it)
I don't know how I could surf the web without it before -thanks for a
great application.

I meant "with Firefox 3" of course...

Is that a consensus; tsnip does not work in FF3? I do get it to work
with a locally saved TW, but not on a server saved TW (on tiddlyspot).
Any comments on this?

Thank you everyone who is working on this. I'm just one lucky guy who
has discovered your wonderful creations!!!

a) It does work on FF3
b) I couldn't make it save my snippets through a TiddlySpot address.
