不能创建表，也不能创建库

我升级到1.0.8现在突然无法创建表跟库，没有任何的反馈。就是卡住。请问怎么处理？

use Ansible .upgrade is successful.

i create table now show,is too much time。

i want to know What caused it?

i was add index before。
