For someone feeling a bit too lazy to drive to Harper's near the Shenandoah Fork today, where would one recommend a good access point for chasing smallies near Fletcher's Boat House area?

A bit upstream of Fletchers, Try Seneca Breaks between Violettes Lock and Pennyfield Lock. Or Riverbend Park in VA.
