Shops in Harper's Ferry

Anyone have any experience with shops out there? 

Specifically - have you used White Fly Outfitters before? Or the Angler's Inn (for guided trips)? 

I'd love to hear feedback on them - I'm looking for a shop out there on behalf of a friend who wants to learn to fly fish.

My wife and do a smallmouth float with Brian Kelly of White Fly Outfitters every year and stay at the Anglers Inn 2 nights.  This year will be the sixth, I think. Brian and his guides do a great job putting you on fish and are good teachers, too, if you need some help. Debbie puts together exceptional breakfasts and shore lunches. We've never tried the private trout water they have access to, but I've seen some photos and it looks nice.

They aren't a fly shop but I can't begin to recommend Mark Kovach (http://www.mkfs.com/) enough. They are a class act and also put on an outstanding shore lunch.
