Baby John's first day on the water!

Those of you who have been around here for a while know that it is a Davala tradition to get our little ones out on the water for their first fishing trip before they turn a month old.  New baby John turns one month old tomorrow, so today was his day.  While he mostly slept through any worthwhile instruction, the other two had a blast showing him the ropes.  VA got another one all by herself, Paulie got some casting time and helped land one, and Momma got in on the action as well.  Enjoy the pictures and take someone you love fishing soon!

Great pics Dan -- and I nearly 100% of the time fish with my family (Bethy).  So I meet that criterion, though possibly not as you intended it ;).

Oh, how I love the Davala Family. Although I haven't had the chance to see you all as often as I have wanted, it was comforting just to know that you were near.  I will miss that feeling, but looking forward to seeing you Monday.
