Yes, the UP is not fishing well at all. That's where I fish (well, used to) a lot and the fish are few and far between. The floods of '18 and '19 certainly did not help.

I have also been disappointed with how the rivers fished last couple of years. I got out today for a little while though in the afternoon and managed three SMB. At least some signs of life...
