Trent Jones and I decided to head down to Fletcher's this morning to
target stripers using information and techniques derived from recent
posts.
It turned out to be an epic 3 hour excursion, landing over 50 schoolie
stripers in 3 hours. We used 6 and 8 wt rods, depth charged sinking
lines (250 gr and 300 gr), 3ft of 20lb fluro leaders, and various
flies (clousers, deceivers, puglisi baitfish)
