Still irked at my clumsiness in July when I took a tumble, lost a big fish and my rod, reel and line to boot, today's WaPo article about the Potomac, http://wapo.st/13bztUZ, is a reminder of the hydraulic power of our home river. Be safe out there.

Oh my! Mandatory reading for all TPFRs.
There is even a graphic showing a crappy single spey in the section labeled "Faster than it looks".
