We have had a ton of rain lately.  I passed over the Rappahannock River on the way to work over the past few weeks and it is really high.  I would say unfishable at best.  The Potomac River is also unfishable right now. 

It will probably take a week without rain for things to get back to where we can fish them effectively.

What do you do to get the fix when the water is high?
