I'm planning to go this weekend.  Does anyone have any suggestions on where, exactly, to go and how to target them right now?

Thanks so much!

Best,
Tom

It'll be tough. Lots of storms out there this week, and it was already high and dirty. The only thing that worked last weekend was a Kreelex. Look for anywhere with dead water or an eddy. Feeder streams will also be good spots to focus since water will be more clear there. I floated the section near Shenandoah, VA.

I just waiver off on this float about 20 minutes ago.  Called Front Royal Canoe and they said the water is stained and higher than normal levels.  I feel like this affects the fish on the Shanny more than it does on the Potomac.

Does anyone have any thoughts on this.

I am following this up with another thread on the NPotomac in which I would like to solicit some feedback.
