Smallmouth DMV

Fellas,

My name is Jacob. I'm new to the group and currently live in College Park but am moving to Alexandria in 2 months. Hoping I can come to a beer tie once I move to NVA.

Any place y'all recommend for smallmouth today? Would y'all recommend the Potomac or some small pond nearby?

Jacob,
            Once the water level on the Potomac  drop. Try between  Violets Lock and Swains  Lock. Little Falls Gage should be  at 3.5 or lower. Or up around Harper's  Ferry,  Gage  at  Shepherdstown  should be at 1.7 or lower. The Rappahannock  River is also a great  Smallmouth  Bass spot.
