Tide adjustment between alexandria and Fletchers

Does anyone know what the difference is in tides between alexandria and fletchers.  For some reason I thought it was about an hour but can't remember.  In other words, if low tide is noon in alexandria, what time is low tide at fletchers?

For the most accurate reading, use the tide reading for Chain Bridge, One Mile Below for Washington DC.

Short answer is add 22 minutes to the Alexandria low.
