Hosted trips/salt water destinations

I am in the process of trying to find a good trip for next spring to a yet to be determined saltwater destination.  Unfortunately, I am having a tough time finding lodges that don't jack up costs big time for single anglers.  As a result, I am wondering if anyone knows of any shops (local or otherwise) that have do good hosted trips to saltwater destinations. 

 

Also looking for general recommendations for good lodges in the carribean.  Looking at Bahamas, belize, mexico, and venezuela.
