Any local knowledge or insight on fishing the horsebacks near Sharpsburg, MD for smallmouth would be appreciated.

I’ve never been there, Mark, but the area is supposedly a mile hike from Snyder’s Landing with rock formations rising out of the river that resemble the backs of horses – legend has it named by Indians. Not sure if the hike is up or down stream.
