I'm planning a family trip to Portland in June and my father would like to try his hand at Casco Bay stripers on the fly. He's completely new to fly casting so I'd like to get him a few lessons in preparation. He lives in Chincoteague, VA and I'm having trouble locating a casting instructor in his area. I don't see any IFFF certified instructors, does anyone have suggestions? Anywhere from Salisbury to Virginia Beach area? Thanks.
