Desperate, maybe stupid

help? Desperate to fish but is it stupid to drive in to the Potomac this evening? Have a few free hours and can go from 4 mile to chain bridge but if it is completely blown out will hit an area pond or two. Any input appreciated. Thank you

I was there this morning, and it is truly blown. Thin milk chocolate in color, and very high.  I walked upstream looking for my usual spots from the DC bank and they are all under water.  I think you would be wasting your time this evening.
