Has anyone been fishing the Rappahannock upstream of Fredericksburg for smallmouth this year? I think I'm giving up on the Upper Potomac for now and looking for alternatives...

Haven't fished there but how bad is the Upper Potomac?

Talked to a couple of guys from the Fredericksburg club. Nothing great around Kelly's Ford. Seems slow there too.
