Sorry for the bad pic but it was really windy. This guy hammered it. They are very deep

Nice one, I hope to hook into my first shad soon. If you were to guess, about how deep do you think? I assume you were casting from shore?

I cast upstream and counted to 20 and then began a slow retrieve. If I were to guess at the depth I would say 15 feet.
