4 mile run today

Drove past by the Toyota dealer just to get out of the house and 4 mile run looked like a real river around 2 pm. Be careful out there.

There are 2 to 3 foot waves in the tidal basin and about 2.5 foot in the Washington channel right now.

I can't imagine 4 mile run will be fishable any time soon, or am I
mistaken on that point?
